Plant Health Assessment

This is also a standalone technical service offered to Homeowner Associations, individual homeowners, and municipalities alike. The Tree Theory team of horticulture and arbor experts will inspect turf, shrubs, and trees on the property to determine the condition and health of the plants. Should any such health or condition issues be observed, a detailed examination of the affected plants will be conducted to diagnose the source of the problem(s), whether soil quality, fungus or insect infestation on stems and leaves or among roots, possible presence of disease vectors, errant management practices, or improper irrigation regimes. A report will be submitted presenting the results of the investigations and diagnoses, together with supporting documentary evidence (photos, video) of the same. The report will also include recommended treatment approaches and improved maintenance and management strategies for preventing the spread or recurrence of the problems observed.
